The Town & Country Builders Difference
When choosing a custom builder, one needs to consider the builder's reputation, the quality of workmanship and materials, as well as the professionalism of the builder's team.
Jack Cocke of Town & Country Builders has gained recognition as a hands-on custom builder. From the initial meeting to turning over the keys, Jack is involved every step of the way. You will find him on-site most any day working directly with everyone involved. Town & Country Builders is known for its personal service.
Our custom homes are known for their unequal value and quality. Jack and his team use only skilled craftsmen and the best materials. Our framer has been in the business for over four decades mastering his craft. Our framing is done with old-fashioned quality construction. No trusses here - “only stick built” roofs allowed. Our framer uses a plumb bob to check if the walls are level. Our on-site manager checks each house for bowed studs before the walls are sheet rocked.
For our interior trim package, Jack uses wide 5-1/4” baseboards and elegant “Adams” casing for all windows and doors. Crown moldings, chair rails, oak staircases and columns fill our rooms. Solid core interior doors are found throughout Town & Country Builders custom homes. Hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops, as well as marble and tile in the baths are a few more examples of our features.
When you choose a home built by Town & Country Builders, you are getting quality, value, and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
